Step into our sugar shack, where tradition meets sustainability - built in 2021 using lumber beams sourced and milled on our property, we will tap 1,000 trees.  Just over 200 buckets and 800 taps on a high vacuum pipeline to collect approximately 60,000 litres of sap each season, hopefully, producing 1,000 litres of premium syrup, most of which is used in our restaurant and also available for purchase in a variety of bottle sizes.
