Step into our sugar shack, where tradition meets sustainability - built in 2021 using lumber beams sourced and milled on our property, we tap 700 trees with buckets and 250 on a vacuum pipeline to collect approximately 32,000 litres of sap each season, producing 800 litres of premium syrup, most of which is used in our restaurant and also available for purchase in a variety of bottle sizes.
