  • Kayak Rental Waiver

    By purchasing a kayak rental from Pine Lodge, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

    • Assumption of Risk: You understand that kayaking involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury, property damage, and drowning. These risks may be caused by natural conditions, equipment failure, or other factors beyond our control.

    • Safety Obligations: You agree to wear a life jacket at all times while kayaking and to use the provided safety equipment properly. You also agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Pine Lodge.

    • Release of Liability: You hereby release and hold harmless Pine Lodge, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using the rented kayak, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

    • Responsibility for Equipment: You agree to return the kayak, paddles, safety kit, and life jackets in the same condition as when rented. You accept responsibility for any damage to or loss of the equipment.

    • Health and Fitness: You certify that you are in good health and physically capable of kayaking. You agree not to kayak under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    • Compliance with Local Laws: You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations while using the kayak.

  • We have limited availability for kayaks & SUP paddleboards.  You may want to confirm availability prior to booking.  If kayaks are not available when you arrive a refund will be given.
