    2. Must have valid driver's license.
    3. Purchaser must be in the cart for valid use on the course.  No guest's or visitors are allowed to use a private cart on their own.
    4. May be revoked at anytime for issues with behaviour or property damage.  No refund will be given.
    5. Must have proper insurance.
