Cooking Instructions
All meals should be removed from your freezer and placed in the fridge to thaw slowly the night before use. Microwave is never suggested as it will dry the meals out. Lasagna & Meat or Chicken Pot Pie

Oven

Remove from pie box and the plastic wrap, preheat oven to 300°

Place in the oven and heat for 20 – 30 mins. Check the center of the pie by inserting a knife holding for 5 seconds then test the heat of the knife until desired temperature is achieved

Chicken Alfredo

Oven

Thaw completely, remove lid and preheat oven to 250°
-
Put container in the oven and heat for 10 – 20 minutes

Add small amount of water as needed

Stovetop
-
Thaw completely, Place meal in non-stick pan
-
Add a small amount of water and cover.

Heat very slowly and gently stir until heated to desired temperature

Chicken Kiev

Oven
-
Thaw completely, remove lid and preheat oven to 250°
-
Put container in the oven and heat for 10 – 20 minutes

Pork Tenderloin

Thaw completely, remove the lid & preheat oven to 200° – 250°
-
Place the container in oven (usually 10 – 20 mins). If you prefer you can remove the meat and reheat separately until it is cooked to your desired temperature.

Beef Stroganoff

Thaw completely, remove lid and preheat oven to 250°

Put container in the oven and heat for 10 – 20 minutes
