Treat your family, friends or colleagues to a day at our Sugar Shack, open from February 28 through April 6 (tentative). Gift certificates provide access to a full maple experience: savor our delicious brunch, enjoy wagon rides, taste maple taffy, gather around outdoor fires, and learn the science behind syrup-making.

Once purchased we will forward you an email with a voucher to be applied on our ticket site. We expect to have the ticket site open as of mid February to reserve the day and time of your visit. The voucher must be redeemed online or by email prior to arrival.

Included with your experience are the following.

Maple Brunch: a 1 hour seating for our brunch which includes pancakes, french toast, pan omelettes, hashbrowns, beans, oreille de cochon, bacon, sausage and ham, variety of baked goods.

Wagon Rides: We offere wagon rides through the forest from the Lodge to the sugar shack. On specific days horse drawn wagon rides will be available.

Maple Taffy: You will be able to try fresh Maple Taffy

Fireplaces: We have several outdoo seating areas with fires and music

Maple Syrup 101: Take a tour of the bush and then our sugar shack to learn about how Maple syrup is produced. From Sap to Syrup we will explain and demonstrate this process.

Maple History: Enjoy a demonstration of different eras of maple production. From Indigenous methods to Cast Iron pots over a fire.
